WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program

What is FMNP?
FMNP stands for the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program. This program started in 1992 to help parents with young children (ages 5 and under) who don’t have a lot of money. It gives them vouchers they can use to buy fresh fruits and vegetables that are grown by local farmers. These vouchers come with their other benefits and can be used at certain farmers markets or stands.
