Seniors Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program

What is SFMNP?
SFMNP stands for the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program. It started in 2001 to help seniors aged 60 and older get healthy fruits and vegetables that are grown by local farmers. People who join the program get vouchers they can use to buy fresh produce at approved farmers’ markets or farm stands.
